Proto Precision has placed two GE Additive Machines in CDME’s Additive Lab; the industrial-grade ARCAM Q10+ and Concept Laser metal printers. Thanks to Proto Precision, CDME is able to expand on our capabilities in the Additive Manufacturing world.

Our ARCAM Q10+ creates dimensionally accurate parts quickly and efficiently by utilizing a high-power electron beam for high melting capacity and productivity.

Our Concept Laser M2 uses lasers to melt layers of fine metal powder to create complex geometries with incredible precision directly from a CAD file.

Our newest addition to our Additive Lab, the TruLaser Cell 3000, is a versatile laser welding system capable of variety of applications including deep welding and laser cutting. Additionally, the TruLaser Cell 3000 is able to weld and cut in two or three dimensions further displaying the versatility of the machine.

The Lt. Governor’s visit allowed us to show off our state of the art facility and what we hope to create and accomplish in the future!
